From spaghetti to the quiet alley behind your house, this week show us something narrow. Says Ben from the daily post photo challenge.
When I thought of something narrow, this picture came to my mind.
I’m terrified of heights and depths, whenever I see a picture on a canopy walkway, I simply tell myself that can never be me. However it seems the curious me is greater than the terrified me. Which is why when I found myself visiting the Kakum National Park in Cape Coast, I definitely couldn’t resist the trip on the walkway. Need I tell you I had loads of fun. It was amazing, I so look forward to taking a trip on other walkways😁😁😁.
The Kakum National Park is made up of mostly undisturbed virgin rainforest and is one of the famous national parks in Ghana. Kakum National Park is situated about 33km north of Cape Coast, Central Regional capital and about 170km from Accra. It covers an area of 350km2 (including Assin Attandanso Resource Reserve)The vegetation type is Moist evergreen rainforest with tall hardwood trees up 65m in height.
A friend made a short video of us on the canopy walkway, you can watch here:
