Mojda "Moji" Sidiqi is a dynamic force for change, blending her deep-rooted passion for human rights with a relentless commitment to empowering communities. Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, and raised as a two-time refugee, Moji’s journey from a young girl fleeing conflict to a powerful advocate and leader in St. Louis is nothing short of inspiring.

With a background in Psychology & Communications from the University of Missouri St. Louis, Moji’s career spans activism, technology, and multicultural outreach. As a certified instructor through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Moji has also worked as a personal trainer at Gold's Gym and Lifetime Fitness Gym. Her dedication to health, wellness, holistic practices, and spirituality reflects her belief in the importance of nurturing both body and mind.

As the former Executive Director of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) in Missouri, she championed civil rights and justice for all. Now, as the Director for Multicultural Affairs and Afghan Outreach at the International Institute of St. Louis, Moji plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for Afghan refugees and fostering a multicultural St. Louis where everyone can thrive.

Fluent in multiple languages, including Farsi and Hindi, and armed with a wealth of experience in public speaking, training workshops, and consultations, Moji is a strategic, passionate, and intrinsic leader—a true force in any team. Her work is driven by a profound sense of duty and love for her adopted home, where she continues to inspire and uplift those around her, always with an eye toward building a more inclusive and compassionate world.
